Konica Minolta Slovenia, d.o.o. is committed to protecting the confidentiality of personal data and privacy of users of the eBIZv2 application. We will only use the collected personal data to perform the services we provide in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and local Data Protection legislation. We respect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the eBIZv2 application, so we will do our utmost to protect it from any misconduct and misuse.

3. Your rights
You hold the following rights with regard to your personal data processed by us:
- access to information on the categories of the processed data, purposes of processing, recipients or categories of recipients of your data, and the planned retention period (Article 15 of the GDPR)
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete data and/or their amendment (Article 16 of the GDPR)
- deletion of data in line with Article 17 of the GDPR, in particular if the personal data are no longer necessary for the intended purpose or are processed illegally, or if you withdraw your consent or have lodged an objection to processing
- restriction of data processing in line with Article 18 of the GDPR in certain circumstances insofar as, for instance, deletion is no longer possible or the deletion obligation is at issue
- in line with Article 20 of the GDPR on data portability, to have us provide you or a third party with the personal data you supplied to us in a structured common machine-readable format
- for reasons arising from your particular situation the right to object to data processing on account of a legitimate interest (Article 21, Paragraph 1 of the GDPR)
- withdrawal of your consent at any time to be effective in the future (Article 7, Paragraph 3 of the GDPR); this also of course also applies to the withdrawal of consents you granted us prior to the GDPR coming into effect
- in line with Article 77 of the GDPR to lodge a complaint about data processing with the responsible supervisory authority
4. Use of personal data
Konica Minolta Slovenija, d.o.o., for providing the services it offers, collects, manages, processes and stores the following user data:
- first name and last name,
- shipping addresses,
- company or name of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity),
- tax number of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity),
- email address (username),
- contact phone number,
- other information voluntarily entered into the form by the user in the eBIZv2 application,
- other information that the user voluntarily adds to their contact fields.
Some of the services available on our portal can only be performed if we can contact you. This means that you will only be able to use these services if you provide us with certain personal (contact) information. We collect, use and process only the information necessary for the operation of the relevant services. If you contact us via email or contact form, we will store the information you provide (your email address and other information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name / phone number) so we can process your request and we will answer any questions you may have. Your personal data that we have stored is erased when we no longer need it. In the case of legal obligations to retain data, processing is restricted. We process your data in accordance with Article 6 (1) (1) (f) of GDPR.
5. Cookies
We use cookies on our site. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and are created when you visit a site with your browser and are used to send certain information. Most cookies we use are deleted at the end of a browser session (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your device and allow us to re-recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies). 6. Privacy Statement and User Privacy Statement
Konica Minolta Slovenia, d.o.o. is, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and local Data Protection legislation, obliged to protect the personal data of users of the eBIZv2 application. Under no circumstances will we provide personal or any other data to a third party or will we allow a third party to access personal or other data of the user, unless requested to do so by state authorities if such an obligation is stipulated by law or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before the courts or other state bodies and for the protection and exercise of the legitimate interests of Konica Minolta Slovenija, d.o.o. without the express permission of the user
All personal and other data provided by the user upon registration to the eBIZv2 application will be protected in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. Konica Minolta Slovenia, d.o.o. will not use this information for any purpose that would harm the user or other person involved. Konica Minolta Slovenia, d.o.o. may use the data in anonymised summary form for statistical analysis purposes. The confidentiality of personal and other information of users will not be violated in any form.
Konica Minolta Slovenia, d.o.o. will only keep the personal data of users in the personal data file for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal data is collected and maintained.
7. Implementation of privacy policy
Konica Minolta Slovenia, d.o.o. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the protection of personal data is regulated by the Rules on the Protection of Personal Data.
All employees of Konica Minolta Slovenija, d.o.o. who have full-time or part-time access to personal and other data of users are familiar with the provisions of the Rules on the protection of personal data and the duty to protect personal and other data and are obliged to comply with these provisions on protection confidentiality of personal data and privacy of users of the eBIZv2 application. The obligation to protect personal and other data is valid for an unlimited period, even after the termination of the employment at Konica Minolta Slovenija, d.o.o.
Registered users can stop using the eBIZv2 application at any time and can withdraw their registration. They do so by sending a written statement to Konica Minolta Slovenia, d.o.o, Dunajska cesta 167, 1000 Ljubljana or by e-mail to vnesti@naslov. Konica Minolta Slovenia, d.o.o. will protect the confidentiality of personal data and privacy of users of the eBIZv2 application under this privacy policy even if the registration is revoked.
